Additionally level one will contain a residential entry lobby. The residential levels above will be a mix of studio, 1, and 2 bedroom units. The ground floor features residential entrances, service spaces, a dedicated entrance to the co-working spaces on floors 2 and 3, and restaurant and retail space at the sidewalk.
