1984

G.B. Janey Construction Management is founded by Greg Janey and his 2 cousins out of a small apartment in Roxbury, MA.

1992

After consistent growth and expansion, JANEY opens its first office in Dorchester, MA.

1995

After a decade of growing renovation projects, JANEY completes its first ground-up project, "Keith's Place."

2001

It's largest project to-date, JANEY is awarded the Construction Management contract for Boston's premier downtown development, The Omni Seaport.

2005

After 2 decades in business and rapid growth, JANEY outgrows its office and relocates to Downtown Boston.

2007

JANEY completes its first project with a major educational institution, paving the way for future focus on the education market.

2016

Dedicated to breaking barriers, JANEY is named the first minority General Contractor on a high-rise in Downtown Boston.

2018

With an unwavering commitment to solving client's needs, JANEY opens a DC office to solidify its place as a regional leader.
