Exodus Bagels

The project involves reconfiguring the existing commercial restaurant space to be ADA compliant. This includes installing a new service counter, creating an open seating area, and adding an additional bathroom. The facade will be modified with new masonry openings for windows and an entryway. Additionally, the project encompasses carpentry/millwork, electrical/lighting installation, and plumbing updates. Upgrades to the existing fire alarm and sprinkler systems are also included.
