Building on the successful work of the Quincy Heights team, JANEY was selected by the developer to lead the Quincy Commons project. Like Quincy Heights, the Commons project is another component of the Quincy Corridor Revitalization Initiative. The project site had stood vacant for 37 years before being transformed into a 40-unit elderly housing development with 5,000 s.f. of commercial space on the first floor.
