Wynn (Encore) Boston Harbor is a 34-acre, 3 million square foot five-star casino opening June 2019 along the Mystic River in Everett. Encore Boston Harbor will feature a 210,000 square foot gaming facility with approximately 3,200 slot machines and 160 gaming tables. A 24-story, 350-foot tall curved glass tower will contain over 600 luxury hotel rooms with a standard room size of over 600 square feet. A 24/7 public waterfront park, including a boat dock, with sweeping views of the Boston skyline will be constructed along the Mystic River. Encore Boston Harbor will also include retail and restaurant space as well as a spa and health club. A three-level underground garage will be built on site with parking for approximately 3,000 cars. It is the largest privately owned, single construction effort in the history of Massachusetts. The resort will include a luxury hotel with more than 600 rooms along with gambling halls, a spa, spaces for retail and dining operations, a ballroom, and meeting spaces; the entire development totaling approximately 3 million sf. The design features a 24-story curved glass tower and a boardwalk on 33 acres overlooking the Mystic River.
