Janey Construction in partnership with Lee Kennedy aimed to renovate the Spangler Center auditorium for Harvard Business School. The primary objective of this collaboration was to align with the institution’s core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leveraging past successful experiences with Harvard on numerous projects, Janey coordinated seamless access and movement across the campus during ongoing construction activities. Playing a pivotal role in managing contractors, overseeing project scheduling, and ensuring efficient operations for managers, all while maintaining budget control and tracking mechanisms. The primary objective of the project was to create a revitalized and inclusive auditorium facility that prioritizes technology and incorporates built-in desks with seating for 195 individuals, aligning the space with the case method teaching model.
