This project is a tenant improvement with interior and exterior alterations to a newly constructed building with drive-up window. Interior scope includes installation of new furniture, fixtures and equipment; casework items; finishes; and mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Exterior scope includes installation of building signage, drive-through equipment and outdoor seating.
