The Volpe Redevelopment Project is located on a 10-acre site in Cambridge, MA, bounded by Broadway, Third Street, Binney Street and Loughery Walkway. It is near the MIT campus and the Kendall Square T Station to the south, the Broad Canal to the east, the East Cambridge neighborhood to the north, and The Port neighborhood to the west. Our services will include the development management efforts to oversee a ground up mixed-use commercial office/lab project or projects.
